Cancellation Policy
Physio Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Appointment reminders will be sent via SMS 3 business days prior to the scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the consultation fee.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment will be charged the full consultation fee.
Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellation fees:
Private Clients: The client will be charged based on the amount of the booked appointment.
Work Cover Clients: The client is responsible for paying the cancellation fee, which will be charged at the Work Cover consultation rate.
DVA Clients: The client is responsible for payment of the cancellation fee, which will be charged based on the DVA appointment rate.
NDIS Clients: In accordance with the Service Agreement, the fee will be billed to NDIS or to the client if self-funded, at NDIS rates.
Home Care Packages: As per the Home Care Agreement, the fee will be billed to either the client or directly to the package, set at the Home Care consultation rate.
Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan (Bulk Billed appts): A same-day cancellation policy applies, with a $50 fee charged for missed or cancelled appointments.
By booking an appointment, you automatically agree to the above Cancellation Policy.
Group Sessions Cancellation Policy
A reminder email and/or text will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled class to reconfirm attendance.
Late Cancellations Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours in advance may result in the loss of that session.
No-Show Policy: If you do not attend or are absent from your scheduled class, you will forfeit that session.
Waitlist Notifications: If a client is added from the waitlist, Mindbody will automatically send an email or text notification.
By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above Cancellation Policy.
